Client Liason & Project Manager

Job Description

We are currently seeking an exceptional Admin Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our team and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our business and maintaining excellent service
Responsibilities
Administrative Excellence
❧ Provide efficient and reliable administrative support to our team and clients.
❧ Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
❧ Maintain accurate records of employee contracts, benefits, and payroll information.
❧ Assist with HR tasks, including hiring coordination and onboarding.
❧ Help enforce company policies and procedures for seamless operations.
Project Support
❧ Collaborate closely with the Director and project managers to assist in project scoping.
❧ Prepare detailed project proposals, quotes, and contracts for potential clients.
❧ Follow up with potential clients to provide assistance and gather necessary information.
❧ Maintain and update the lead database to track client interactions and progress.
Marketing Assistance
❧ Support marketing efforts, including content creation and social media management.
❧ Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the agency's services effectively.
❧ Participate in organizing marketing events and promotions.
Office Management
❧ Assist in maintaining the office environment, ensuring it is organized and conducive to productivity.
❧ Handle office supplies, equipment, and other resources to support team needs.
❧ Coordinate schedules and meetings to facilitate smooth workflow.
Requirements
❧ Strong organizational and time management skills.
❧ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
❧ Proficiency in Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
❧ Attention to detail and a solutions-driven approach.
❧ Experience in administrative tasks and HR support is advantageous.
❧ Knowledge of marketing concepts and social media platforms is a plus.
❧ Willingness to work full-time at our office in Sydenham, Johannesburg.

We're Creative Chinuch, a creative company (founded in Melbourne, Australia 2017) focused on developing educational material and other projects. We're looking for a super fantastic graphic designer to join our team.
What to Expect
A graphic designer works on a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, computer games, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual brand.
As a graphic designer you'll need to listen to clients and understand their needs before making design decisions.
You'll work to a brief agreed with the client, creative director or account manager, and will develop appropriate creative ideas and concepts for the client's objectives.
The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Responsibilities
Your typical responsibilities as a graphic designer include:
- meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
- estimating the time required to complete a job and providing quotes for clients.
- developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose.
- thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
- using innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints.
- presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
- working with a range of media and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
- proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print.
- commissioning illustrators and photographers.
- working with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
